Fortune Academy Celebration - The Peridot Event

We are excited to announce Fortune Academy’s Annual Celebration, The Peridot Event. Held on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the 502 East Event Centre in Carmel, Indiana where we expect to welcome 400+ guests from around central Indiana. 

Thanks to the support of local businesses, last year we raised over $165,000, to fund operations, tuition assistance, and programming for our students. This year we hope to reach our goal of $175,000. 

Fortune Academy is a 501(c)(3) Tax Exempt School ranked 18th nationally of the country’s 50 Best Private Special Needs Schools according to Masters in Special Education Guide. Fortune Academy transforms the quality of life for youths with learning differences, such as dyslexia, by fostering academic achievement and self-confidence. Keeping tuition low so more students can attend our school is vital, yet we do not qualify for federal or state funding.

Our families come from 32 different Indiana Zip Codes and they drive to Lawrence each day. - twice a day! The Celebration is an ideal time to reach audiences outside of Lawrence.
